Hello, I'm Evi Numen and I'm a professional photographer based in Philadelphia. I recently took up belly dance and I 'm absolutely enamored with it. In my search for relevant images, I noticed that there is no photography book devoted to belly dancers. Thus, my current goal is to take classic, painting-like portraits of belly dancers in full regalia, in the hopes of publishing them in a book entitled Faces of Belly Dance (not set with the title yet though).
Suffice to say, I need subjects!

I will be attending Tribal Fest 8, not only as a dancer myself, but in the hopes of photographing more of you beautiful ladies for this project.
I will be in Sebastopol from Tuesday night to Sunday afternoon and I will have my studio set up in my hotel room at the Holiday Express Inn. So email me to set something up!
