Retreat Package Includes:
* 5 days of retreat schedule (Friday 10a.m through Tuesday 6pm)
* 6 nights of lodging @ Ramashala retreat center. (Thurs. night Dec. 11th, through Wed. morning Dec. 17th).
*23-27 hours of study.
*Organic, locally grown, vegetarian cuisine, 3 meals a day.
*Intimate group setting for maximum learning. Individualized attention. Supportive,nurturing learning environment.
*Daily core-integrated Yoga practice that relates specifically to Bellydance.
*Workshops on Therapeutics/Self-care for Dancers
*Working labs and small group process focusing on creative process, advanced concepts such as musicality and creating choreography, and developing your own unique style.
*And, of course, lots and lots of Bellydancing! Technique, combos, drills, and choreography.
